Pine Springs Ranch has a variety of meeting areas to meet your groups needs, whether you were looking for an indoor meeting area or a unique outdoor venue with a great view, we have something for every group.
PONDEROSA
The largest of our meeting rooms, the air conditioned Ponderosa room is located on the lower level of the Lodge. A sound system is available for your use, as well as a baby grand piano, organ, and other meeting room amenities. The Ponderosa room is ideal for seminars, church services, and larger get-togethers.

Also located on the lower level of the Lodge, the Chaparral room is perfect for smaller meetings, discussion groups, and workshops. A piano is available in the Chaparral room, as well as a sound system and other amenities to make your meeting a success.

MANZANITA & PINYON
Manzanita and Pinyon are two meeting rooms housed in the Multi-Purpose building located near the dining hall. These meeting rooms are of identical size and layout and are ideal for workshops, break-out sessions, classes, children's programs, or smaller groups not requiring a large meeting area. The air conditioning and fireplace in each room provides a comfortable and inviting atmosphere any time of year.

The open, two-sided Lodge Loft overlooks the 1st & 2nd floor lobbies. These two meeting areas are semi-private and function well for group discussion, video viewing, or break-out sessions. Each side seats approximately 30 people. This facility is unavailable for use during multi-group occupancy.

NATURE CENTER
Beautifully situated near center campus, the Berglund Nature Center is one of our main attractions. The Nature Center features numerous preserved mounted wildlife specimens. Many groups choose this setting for various educational purposes, which is nicely aided by a big screen TV and sound system.

CAMPFIRE BOWL
The largest of our outdoor meeting areas, the Campfire Bowl, is an amphitheater of wooden benches overlooking our pond and ball field. The Campfire Bowl is a great venue for afternoon meetings or evening concerts.

CHURCH BOWL
The Church Bowl, located under large shade trees, is a great location for afternoon meetings and breakout sessions. Even on a hot day the water misters installed over the benches make this location a great spot for your group to meet.

The three Outpost locations: The Fort, Tee Pees, & The Wagons are wonderful backdrops for plays and skits, or just as a rustic meeting areas for your group. Each of the locations sits about 250 people on log benches.
