Pine Springs Ranch is always seeking to hire On-Call Employees - these include Desk Clerks, Program Assistants, and Kitchen Assistants. Seasonal positions are available in our Summer Camp Program.

Those wishing to receive an application for employment should click here and complete the request form. An application will be sent to you within 1-2 days. Applicants must prove that they are eligible to work in the United States, and provide photo identification. Workers under 18 must apply for and obtain a Work Permit before they can begin.
Hiring Policies
All applicants will be reviewed by our Associate Director. Those whose qualifications deem appropriate will be contacted for a telephone interview. In the event that no positions are available, your application will be kept on file for future reference. Note: Pine Springs Ranch is owned and operated by the Southeastern California Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, and, is permitted to give hiring preference to members of its organization.
