| Pine Springs Ranch has a variety of meeting rooms to choose from. All meeting room arrangements are made at the time your group leader schedules a reservation. |

| How Rooms are Assigned |
Because they are always in high demand, meeting rooms are assigned based on the size of your group. This avoids putting small groups into large meeting rooms and trying to fit large groups into small meeting rooms. In the event a group is moved to a larger meeting room than previously arranged, the lower rate of the smaller room will still apply.

| Food and beverages are not permitted in any of our meeting rooms. Special advance arrangements may be made for refreshments. Details can be obtained by contacting our office. |
