Food Service |
| Pine Springs Ranch has the distinct priviledge of providing our guests with some of the finest vegetarian cuisine available. The Food Service staff is constantly seeking to further develop and improve our extensive menu. |

| Capacity and Service |
| The Cafeteria is capable of serving over 1,200 meals a day and the dining hall can seat over 300 guests at once. All-you-can-eat meals are served buffet-style and guests are invited to relax and let our food service staff bus your table for you. |

| A Wide Variety |
The Pine Springs Ranch food service staff are committed to providing the best possible service and excellent vegetarian food. Samples from our Breakfast Menu include omelets, quiche, pancakes, hash browns, french toast, belgian waffles, and a variety of fruits, juices, breads and cereals. Lunch and Dinner menus include lasagna (spinach or cheese), mexican bar, chicken* puffed pastry, pasta bar, curry, potato bar, pizza, tacos, haystacks and much, much more.
Note: *any reference to a "meat" item is a vegetarian meat substitute, not actual beef or poultry. |

| Meal Selection Options |
| If your group is the only one here, you may have the opportunity to choose your menu. During times when multiple groups occupy the facility, meal selections are made by the food service director in an effort to meet all groups needs. |

| On-Site Catering |
| Pine Springs Ranch Food Service also does catering for meeting rooms, social events, meeting breaks and even banquets (sorry, no off site service available). All of these services are provided for an additional fee and must be scheduled well in advance of your group's visit. Please call our Office for more information at 951-659-4131. |
